| Marc Dellmann Marc Dellmann is a member of the Swiss Management Committee of UBS Global Asset Management. He has a business development responsibility for EMEA based insurance clients as well as for UHNW clients and Family Offices. Before joining UBS Global Asset Management in 2007, Marc was a Principal at Allianz Risk Transfer for 8 years, where he was responsible for business development and underwriting of complex financial transactions with focus on structured finance and private equity. Previously Marc spent 2 years with Apax Partners leading M&A transactions in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Prior to this, Marc worked for 5 years with UBS focusing on direct private equity investments and leveraged loans. Marc started his career at Alusuisse Lonza where he worked in a purchasing position. |

| Claes-Göran Fridh Claes-Göran Fridh is founder, Managing Director and the major single stockholder of the venture capital company Affärsstrategerna. He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration. In 1982, he founded the Civic Fondkommission AB and was Managing Director of the Civic Holding AB until 1988. He has held a position of the Chairman of the Board of several listed companies, and is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Photomic AB, Creative Antibiotics Sweden AB, Schoolsoft AB, Samba Sensors AB, Munax AB, Naty AB and Starlounge AB. He is also Member of the Supervisory Board of M.O.R.E. Invest Management AG. |

| Guido Hillebrands Guido Hillebrands is Managing Director of innoveas AG. Guido graduated from the University of Karlsruhe (TH) in industrial/business engineering. He co-founded the consulting company inno-Group in 1991, pioneering the idea to commercialize Intellectual Property from leading research institutions on a large scale. Guido has many years of experience in the creation of value, especially of start-ups from public research. He was involved in several start-up initiatives, leveraging private with public money for the foundation of Seed Funds. |
