Prof. Dr. Peter Heydebreck, CEO Email: p.heydebreck@more-invest.com Peter Heydebreck is founding partner and Managing Director of the inno group. He represents inno on a number of supervisory boards of private companies and development organizations. In addition to his business activities, Peter holds a Professorship for Innovation Management at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Linkoping Institute of Technology, Linkoping University. He is a member of the Research Commission of the German Science Council (Wissenschaftsrat) as well as UNIDO and EU accredited expert. Peter's extensive experience and relationships in academia, science and industry allow him to identify and negotiate investments in portfolio companies with these parties. |

Antonio Martinez-Arbizu, Managing Director/CIO Email: a.martinez@more-invest.com Antonio Martinez-Arbizu studied Electrical and Communications Engineering at the University of Karlsruhe. He joined inno in 1994 and has broad experience in establishing and managing early-stage technology investment funds through his work with the IdeenFonds (Hamburg), the Gruender Fonds Hamburg "MAZ Seed Invest," and M.O.R.E. Invest. By 2001, Antonio was responsible for the complex processes of initiating and structuring more than a dozen high-tech companies in Eastern Germany. Antonio's activities included valuation of technologies, development of IP positions and market entry strategies. As project manager, he evaluated and selected joint venture partners and markets in Central Europe and Asia and also negotiated and closed transactions with leading technology companies. |

Nikolas Brüggen, Fund Manager/POA Email: n.brueggen@more-invest.com Nikolas Brüggen studied Business Administration with Specialization in Taxes and Accounting. After project management functions at BDO Deutsche Warentreuhand AG and Cap Gemini working mainly for clients in the financial sector, Nikolas joined the inno-Group 2006. First he was in charge of IP commercialization by means of start-ups and dealflow generation at the PVA-MV AG. Thereafter he joined M.O.R.E.’s fund management with full powers of attorney. Nikolas can revert to his extensive know-how gained in international auditing firms regarding audits, the elaboration of annual accounts, company evaluations and due diligence of banks, insurance companies and medium-sized companies in the fields of real estate and retail. Furthermore, due to his occupation at an international consultancy he gained comprehensive experience in the fields of negotiation, meetings, presentations and facilitation as well as budget and business planning. |
